I have lined my inner rims for years but no matter what eyeliner I use, there is always smudging at the corners of my eyes. I've tried drugstore to high-end.
What is the best eyeliner you have found that stays put and does not budge on the inner rims?
I'm not very good with gel or liquid liners so I prefer a pencil.
Also, if you have found any "tricks" that make your eyeliner stay put, I'm open to that too.
Thanks in advance. |

I don't use dark colors on the inner rim. I have a topaz color (more of a neutral, creamy color) I think it's a Sephora brand and I really like it. It opens the eyes up and is not obvious. |

I've been told to use a q-tiq to apply loose powder in the inner rim and then apply eyeliner.
I use Chanel waterproof eyeliner and it doesn't burn my eyes and it doesn't smudge. |

I have a couple which I just love.
Clarins Liquid Eye Liner- This is like a pen which you line you eye's with, however it is like a gel liquid so this may not be what your after.
Bare Escentuals/Bare Minerals make a fabulous eye liner pencil which I just love!!! It comes in a cylinder which you twist up to reveal the pencil inside which is softer than a normal pencil which is why I love it, as I have problems with the harder pencils because my eye's get all watery and I look like a raccoon by the time I have finished!!!
Also there is one I do want to try, as my eye's can be a little sensitive, it's the Inika Organic Eyeliner pencil and comes in the most wonderful shades, must buy myself one and soon just to give it a whirl.
I find that if I grab an eyeliner brush and apply a little powder to the inner rims of my eye's, this helps my liner stay put for longer and stops it from smudging. |

Also I forgot to add that Glo Minerals make a precision eyeliner pencil that looks amazing as well and this is one I would also love to try. You can buy the Glo Minerals range on EDS but unfortunately you can't buy the Bare Escentuals online which I almost cried about!!! lol |
