Does anyone use this?
Is it a serum or a moisturizer? The person who recommended it said to apply it under my moisturizer, but when i read the application it simply just says to apply after cleansing |

| I think it's both. I would apply it after cleansing, and then if you still feel dry after a little while, top it with a moisturizer. |
