While my skin is really nice and soft after using the Yummy Skin Sugar Scrubs, I am finding that my shower is getting oily. I make sure I clean the base every time I use it, but I know my daughter doesn't! |

Hi There,
I wanted to warn everyone about a company that I placed an order with
http://www.melis.ca/.
The company appeared to have the type of sugar scrubs I was looking for. Everything appeared fine. A couple of days after placing the order I received a shipping notice. I quickly noticed that the shipping notice was never updated. It must have been the same type of auto reply that I received when I placed my order. The tracking number that was provided for Canada Post never moved past 'receiving notification from shipper'. I wish I would have done it before ...I normally do, but didn't. I started searching online and found a number of complaints had been filed with the Better Business Bureau and that their rating was "F"; they are not a member in good standing.
I filed a dispute and then claim with Paypal and was reimbursed all my money today. Phew - thank you paypal!!!
Just a friendly warning ... don't give this company a dime. I send emails to several email addresses they had on file. Two of the three emails bounced back. Their phones were in service, but were never answered. I never received calls back from the messages I left. |
