L'Oreal True Match. I use two colors side by side, W2 and W3. W2 as a concealer and primer on my eyelids and W3 on my face. I have large pores and it doesn't really hide them, but at least it evens out my skin tone. I've tried mineral makeup which some days looks good, others not. I've decided that making my skin as healthy as possible so I don't need to wear foundation at all is my goal.

I have very fair skin and I have used so many liquid foundations that make my skin look too pink or orange. The absolute best drug store foundation I have found is Revlon Color Stay Mineral Mousse. It gives a totally flawless finish and evens my skin tone. It makes my face look like Limoges china. I wouldn't use anything else. Rolling Eyes

Check Makeupalley. Lots of options there to read about.

Completely agree with this... it's the only one I've tried that doesn't give a cakey look.. I sometimes even prefer over higher end brands

depends where do u live.

if you are living in US, and if there is Maxfactor, I would recommend the Max Factor Stay Put Makeup. It is very easy to apply, very long-lasting, smooth, good coverage and very lightweight. I will give it +++++ !!!

The Neutrogena Healthy Skin makeup is actually one of the worst to use on oily skin. It won’t clog your pores, but neither will most foundations these days. The Healthy Skin makeup makes you look oilier. It’s best for dry skin. My favorite drugstore brand is Covergirl clean makeup in the oil control formula. It’s one of the cheapest and it works wonders on oily skin!

You can also try dermablend and Cover Fx. They are a bit pricier than your standard drugstore brands, but they work really nicely.

L'oreal true match in C1 is the only foundation I have found that is fair enough for my skin and not too yellow or pink even compared to drugstore brands.I don't know if it very covering though.I don't use it for those purposes. It seems very light and natural.

Revlon Colorstay is pretty good, application is key. Apply sparingly over primer with a sponge. If you can find a match in the dry formulation its a little easier to apply.

How do you know what color to get? I don't tend to wear foundation but have read "Makeup Wakeup" and they suggest it's a good idea. I was looking at the Revlon Colorstay options (they have some for oily which I liked). But no testers. You'd have to guess a color, bring one home and hope it worked. If not; you go back to the store and try another one. (and choose a store that has a return policy that works). Yuck.
