Alpha/Arbutin/ kojic . Important if you get it off Ebay

Hi guys, if you want to continue buying arbutin maybe kojic powder off ebay....where we all buy it, nice and cheap, the seller has told me that in order to keep selling to international countries, you must leave positive feedback. Apparently Ebay have changed their rules and won't release (delay) payments to seller unless they have positive feedback. So please leave feedback after you receive the product. If you have bought within the last 3 months I think you can still leave feedback.

Please let other people know.
