I have a problem getting the brackets to stay on my Tua Viso when I am using it. I know you place the "little feet" in the slot and then turn it ever so slightly counter clockwise and that is supposed to lock it in but I must be missing a link somewhere because it is not rocket science and they still do not stay. Any suggestions? |

On my one, the ends of them are like little L shares so they slot into place and stay firm. Is it a brand new device? If so, sounds like you might have got a faulty one. I'd speak to whereever you purchased from. |

No it is only about two months old. My other one wore out and I had the same problem. I guess I described it wrong you are right they are shaped like and "L" I push down not to hard and then turn counter clockwise, easy, but it must be something I am doing maybe I am being to gentle!? |

Hi jaclynaz - I find the sponges have to be in the appropriate position in order for the brackets to click into place. I have to play witht eh placement of my sponges at times but then
eventually find the right placement. HTH - DiPhx |
