Is anyone familiar with this technique? I think this is a Japanese video clip. The results look amazing! Does anyone here know Japanese? If yes, could you please tell me for how long you have to be laying down with your toes tied together in order to achieve these results?

Thank you. |

These are really interesting...I think if someone starts a thread and titles it "Who speaks Japanese?" and gives the link to this thread we might find out some answers. |

Actually, that looks Chinese with some Japanese subtitles over the Chinese ones. You notice in the before scene, no one actually lifted up their shirts to show flesh. Short of surgery, there is no instant fix! Eat less, people!! |

Thank you. |
They used 5 minutes in the video.
The rubber band helps work the muscles. But I would think it has to be done on a constant basis (like sit-ups) if you want results. |

First video doesn't state the time needed. It's probably been cut off in front. My opinion is that this helps correct your posture, so you stand straighter with your chin up in the *right* place.
Second video says 5 minutes. This one I am highly skeptical. If you do try it out please report back?
Good luck and have fun! |

If you stand up straight and consciously hold your stomach in all day, that is isometric exercise and you will strengthen your abs. Of course, if you have a layer of fat on top, no one will be able to see much of a difference. Only diet can fix that. |
