Yes, the Dermaltone offices have closed, and my Dermaltone didn't work last night - WHAT A BUMMER!-- This is their Customer Services number 1-888-999-3031 for all Dermaltone uses at EDS. They say their old custormers can contact them till the 10 August - I just sent them an email and hoping for the best????

I guess that explains why the company was selling them cheap on Ebay for so long (much cheaper than their own website)....

manslayerliz its a Facial exercise Machine.

I am still waiting for them to respond to my email, so far nothing. I paid the full price which was 179.85 US (thats not including the shipping) from the Dermaltone Co. itself. I have had it a little less than 3 months now, but the results have been amazing. Just hope they will send me a new one - the invoice says the Dermaltone has a 1 year warrenty. Brick wall Brick wall

I'd like to know what happened... I've had mine for 5 or 6 years.. It's having some issues, but I've never gotten around to sending it in to be fixed.. Guess I'm out of time now.. Hopefully it'll keep going for a while..

This gives me even more reason to get the Derma Wand, sooner.. It's sposed to have the firming and lifting effect as well... Plus other benefits...

I have the Suzanne Somers Face Master, but don't care for it.. Not saying it doesn't work, it's just a PITA, IMO, to use.. Takes both hands and you need to be in front of a mirror.. I may be digging it out tho...

Hi… my mother has one of those old Dermaltone’s, which she hasn’t used in a while and she’s planning on using it again but she’s lost the instructions. Would any of you here in this forum happen to have them, would you be able to send me a copy on PDF or PPT format via email?

Thank you, Smile

Hi Louise,

If you google DermalTone there are a number of YouTube video's on how to use it and Ehow also has one. Believe it or not there are still some being sold on eBay and Amazon. Smile

Dermaltone was one of my first skincare devices way back. After using it for a year or so, I couldn't get it to go beyond a certain level. No matter if I used batteries or the adapter, it would only work at like the half way point. Then just stopped working, I trashed it. So when I came across one which was brand new in a thrift store, I bought it for a few dollars and ended up selling it on EBay. It was a sweet deal. Smile

I just started using my DermalTone that I bought several years ago but I can't find the manuel. I watched the video and it says to hold the DermalTone on each area for one minute. Is there anyone here that has had success with this device that can tell me if I can hold it on each area for a longer period of time?

I'm almost out of the cream/water solution that came with the unit. Can I just add some water to my moisturizer and use that? I put it on the contacts each time I put it on my face. I hope I'm using it correctly.

Any help received will be appreciated. Thanks for reading.

You can use aloe gel and add some water to it. If you send me a message with your email I can email the instruction sheet.
