Hi
So I was checking out my dermastamp more closely. I actually read the box it came in
It was ordered from the Nova clinic here in Australia, and should have been the nova dermastamp
Except on the box its a company called Enskin, and it says Made in Korea. Actually to quote the box " Mode in Korea"
I paid almost 70 dollars for it, and am thinking that i got scammed bcoz it should say "Nova dermastamp" on the box it came in??
anyone else order a Nova dermastamp or dermaroller, and come across this?
Won't beordering from this company again, if its an imitation. |

The Nova Clinic is completely reputable - I've purchased a couple of Dermarollers from them. Most of the better Dermarollers are manufactured in Korea - in fact, the majority of clinical studies on needling were done in Korea. Surely, it is perfectly acceptable for an Australian company to import goods from other countries without them being "fake". |

Thanks Keliu
It seemed strange to me, that the box nowhere had the nova name brand on it, or even on the dermastamp itself.
Really thought I was getting an Australian product, but if you think that it's still reputable, then I will continue to use it. Just worried me, when I saw that. |

Can you contact the actual company that made the product?
I'm sure they would be able to tell you if it is an official product or not?? |

Thanks Ottawashopper!
I jsut emailed the company to find out why that is, will let you know their reply.
Keliu,
Did you find that the rollers you ordered from Nova Clinic, had a different company name on the roller, and was made in Korea??? |

I forget which name was on the roller but it was definitely made in Korea. |

Did you get a response from the Nova clinic?
Keliu is right, the good quality ones come from Korea. I personally dpnt see a difference between the different models but if your paying the money you should be getting what you pay for. Let us know how they respond? |

Hi echoecho
I sent 2 emails to the novaclinic that I ordered my dermastamp from.
No reply whatsoever. Ignored my emails.
Not a good sign.
I found a bent needle on my dermasstamp,. Only used it twice thus far, which is a shame seeing I spent around 70 or so dollars on it.
Now Im on the lookout for a new dermastamp,. But have no idea of a good quality dermastamp. |

I have only ever purchased dermarollers (am actually interested in getting a dermastamp for spot treatment) from eBay and they have always been in top shape, never bent needles, never a problem. So I probably wouldnt know the difference between dermastamps anyway. It dosent look good for Nova I wouldnt be purchasing anything from there again. |

thanks
i certainly won't be ordering from them again. i do expect to get what i paid for, or at least, tell me its going to have another company name on it, before i receive it. and at least, spell right. "MODE (instead of made) in Korea" doesnt give me confidencein the product.
Pls echoecho if you find a good quality dermastamp, please let me know. |

I will, the dermaroller is just to painful for me, so maybe stamping is the way to go |

absolutley!
I didn't have to use any numbing cream with my dermastamp, but is only 0.8 mm. Seems to be enough for my skin type
Still kinda interested in white lotus' dermastamp, but when i googled can't find any reviews on it. |
