I have never had dandruff before, but I am guessing because of the combination of the winter and dry weather, my scalp has been so itchy and dry.
I am going to the pharmacy tomorrow and was going to pick up one of those anti-dandruff shampoos. Does any one have a good/bad experience with any of them? |

I used to get an itchy scalp & dandruff, and had to resort to Head & Shoulders once every month or two.
Then I tried spritzing my scalp with a few drops of apple cider vinegar a few minutes before I shampoo (with regular shampoo), and that did the trick, like magic. I was SO relieved, since I hated the smell of H&S and nothing else had worked for me.
And I hardly ever get dandruff anymore since I stopped washing my hair as often, stopped scrubbing my scalp so hard, and switched to milder/more ph balanced shampoos. |
