I have been doing the exercises for about a month. My goal is to fix my undereye bags and forehead lines. I have carefully done the exercises as instructed on the DVD, five days a week.

However, I am seeing little to no results so far. Does anyone have experience with these exercises? Should I be seeing results by now and if not, when should I see results? Are there other facial exercise programs that are better?

Okay a few things here. You don't say how old you are - and that can be a factor here.

There are threads about Carolyn's program. If you search you should find them, but one thing is to ask Carolyn about the lack of results. She does respond to emails so its always worth checking in with her as she designed the program.

With any program, you can get results depending on what you are after and where you are starting from genetically. Facial exercises are just like the body in that if you aren't eating a healthy diet then they are limited as to what they can do.

Thanks for your advice. I have emailed Carolyn. I'm 35, but I look older.
