I just got a deal in my inbox today where this med spa is offering 3 venus freeze treatments for $299.
So I started to research about it, but don't see much written on this.
Has anyone on EDS tried it? Would really love to hear someone who tried it before to see what you think of it?
I tried Velashape before, and I did see some nice results. I only had 3 treatments though. I heard you get better results with 6 treatments. But I bought a deal also for the velashape, and I refuse to buy the treatment at full price. I will continue to look for good deals. Beauty at a lesser price is my motto. |

Oh I saw a similar deal for a Las Vegas resident 3 sessions for $199. It sounds tempting, but I wonder if anyone had tried this treatment? Natalyn, did you end up trying it or not? |

No, I haven't tried it yet. I'm curious about it though. I was hoping someone here could chime in, but so far no one has yet. |

I haven't tried it, but I interviewed one of the country's top dermatologists for an anti aging program I am putting together, and she said that she is having excellent results with it. (She uses it on herself - she it 40 and looks 28 )
It is multipolar radio frequency combined with magnetic energy (not sure what magnetic energy does exactly).
I know that radiofrequency has been getting more and more recognition as a great skin firming technology, with lots of before after photos all over the place.
HTH!
And I would also love to hear from anybody who has tried it personally!

Just wondering if any other EDS members have tried the Venus Freeze?
TIA! |

I decided to give this thread a bump, just in case members are back from vacation and have experience with this procedure |

I still haven't tried it, and haven't seen another deal on it either. |

I'm interested in this topic also, particularly since it is non-invasive.
There are some good videos on you-tube about the procedure. One by a San Diego doctor Tess Mauricio caught my attention, but I don't think I can give the link as this is my first post |

I just went to a medspa that is fully behind this. It is pricey here. They said 8 treatments are 5200.00... It lasts up to 5 years. Pricey huh? Am checking around to find out more about this. Anyone know anything about it? Thanks. The Dr. said she loves the machine and bought two. |

I've tried one treatment. The results were instant but did not last even a day.
The treatment felt very warm, similar to the one with STOP. |

I am thinking that with most non-invasive treatments more than one is required to get long lasting and cumulative results.
Just looked at the Tess Mauricio, MD site and the Venus Freeze is one of the two most popular treatments for skin tightening which I think is a major issue as we age.
They are currently offering a pretty attractive special - 50% off.
I don't think I can post a hyperlink at this time so you'll have to go to the site scrippsderm to check it out. |
