I've been following Dr Denese's recommendations with great success in dealing with my dry aging skin but still wanted further improvements.

I added Clinique Mild Clarifying Lotion, HA Serum mixed with jojoba, almond, rosehip and rose, neroli, lavender essential oils as well as extra exfoliating but still had large pores and fine lines.

I tried Genuine Health Dermalipid which is borage oil with olive and ceramides and lipids. The jar is only 60 capsules and they rec taking four a day which is only a 15 day supply. They do guarantee results in 15 days I believe but I can't find the info for it.

I decided to take two a day instead and still saw great results. My face is now producing oil and it only usually does in very hot conditions. I used to have very oily skin but diet, hormones and birth control made it super dry.

So it's been about 15 days now and I decided to take only one a day since my skin is pretty good and I don't need to use dry skin products.

At first I thought it was pricy for the amount and dosage but in comparison to every desperate thing I have done to improve my skin I would say its pretty cheap.

I thought if it didn't work out I would try to see if it's a cheaper replacement for the EA Ceramide capsules which is borage oil and silicones when I used it years ago but I heard they changed the formula.

GH will have specials in January so keep an eye out for good promos. I am going to get another jar to maintain my skin.
