I want make a Vitamin C serum with only water as base. I know Vitamin C oxidate fast, so I make every day a new batch.
Will the Vitamin C be able to penetrate my skin WITHOUT the use of Glycerin or Glycol? |

Yes, the Glycerin is only there as a humectant.
For a more serum type feel you can combine the C with a small amount of pure Aloe Vera Gel daily. |
