Due to broken caps I always have to use a green cover stick followed by normal concelor stick then liquid foundation then powder I have recently been using a primer also, everything seems to just sink into my pores and if I keep blending its just as though I'm rubbing the makeup off can anyone give me some tips on applying foundation also how to buy the right colour for my skin I recently purchased a new one and the colours all wrong though I'm hoping to mix it with another. |

Apply your foudation, blend it well, and then you can apply you corrector and set it with powder. If you apply your concealer before everything else, you'll rub it off. If you want even more coverage and staying power, brush some foundation powder over the concealer. |

Maybe you need to search for another brand that covers any red. |

I'm using max factor colour adapt at the moment but bought some loreal true match which does not match at all, the colur adapt seems ok but does not last also No 7 green cover stick not exactly premium brands but I am willing to spend more if I can find a good one and I will look into one that covers redness.
I'm upset today though not sure what has caused this but when I got home from work I noticed a patch of my broken caps seemed really red only on one side of my face and I can feel a raised bump there what is happening here? I have a new years party to go too
I know it cold weather but I always keep my face covered, I'm starting to think this is rosecea surely this amount of redness is not normal for my age (29) I will try to post a pic later.
If I do have roseaca are any of the treatments available good at improving redness? because broken caps are permanant damage so whats the point of rosecea medication what could it do for me. |

Hi, can i suggest that you lay off all the makeup for a moment first? let your skin breath abit. Maybe see a derm/beautician to check up on your skin first.
Sometimes layering more products on your face can aggravate your situation further.
If you want something just to even the tone up, maybe try BB cream. its like concealer, foundation etc all in one. A lighter version.
Or mineral foundation. |
