I know some lifestylenthings are to blame for my sudden aging. Ive used retin a for years and was only so-so about sunscrren. Last year i started a new, very stressful job. My stepfather died last spring after a lengthy illness, taking care of him left me exhausted. My mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. Since her diagnosis in November i fell like ive aged ten years. All that coupled with lack of exercise and a poor diet has taken a toll. Raising my four kids is tough, too
On a positive note, i love love, love the Devita suncreen i ordered. Still loving my Garden of Wisdon cleansing oil. Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and encouragement. |

Also try intermittent fasting to turn the insulin related skin damage around. Read Perricone & the Zone to understand what that is. You can eat small mini meals but this is a totally deprived boring way to live past the mid 30s. Intermittent fasting is more grown up and can make you happier, something that is important as you age. |

I've always eaten mini meals. It's my natural way of eating because I don't like to eat large meals, then starving until the next meal. I need to keep my blood sugar on an even keel to prevent bingeing. I'm certainly not deprived as I eat whatever I want, just not too much of it. I have a slim and toned body. Eveyone has to find what works for them and that works for me. |

Who made you the decision maker on which of us are the most grown up and which of us are the most deprived and boring? |

boy, do i relate to this thread! stressful times in life makes it hard to do anything but...be stressed. and it takes a toll, but one can bounce back.
for me, going through one of the most stressful times in my life recently over the last 3+ months (ill parent), it's taken a toll.
BUT! i find exercise, deep breathing to release tension, a relatively nutritious diet, moisture on the face, plus ultrasound, has really helped me turn it around. also juicing is like a magical elixir that has many positive effects for my health and skin.
just want to extend best wishes to all, nobody gets out of this life without a few traumas. |

Right now, would be the Priori range of products.
They're a little expensive, but works very well. I was starting to see a little fine lines plus breakouts and dehydration. My beautician put me on these products, and i saw results within 1-2 weeks.
Happy to say, bye bye breakouts! |
