I went and got a blow dry last night and it was one of those salons that only do blow drys and they were selling silk pillow cases because they apparently keep your hair from frizzing and tangeling up. Is this true?! Has anyone tried this before? |

True. It doesnt rough up the cuticle while you move around at night. Especially obvious on my curly hair. |

They are great in theory, but I couldn't sleep with mine - it kept slipping off the bed at night |

It is true, but be warned you will have to handwash silk, but company on eBay sells 50% silk/ 50% cotton which can be machine washed or you could purchase cheaper satin. |
