Ladies, A few years ago I was shopping at Sehpora, when a sales girl applied some Perfekt foundation on my hand. I really loved the feel and sheer application of the product. It was way overpriced at nearly $60..and I used one or two canisters and switched to another more affordable foundation.
Just yesterday I was in Sephora and tried "Too Faced" tinted primer for $28 dollars...more than half as cheap at Perfekt..and I think it is the same stuff. A gel like light weight smooth as silk sheer foundation.
Today, I looked at others at the drug store..and they have the same feel. I think these tinted primers are awesome..they make my skin look young because the foundation is not overdone. I used the Too Faced and them applied some mineral powder..and it looked fab. |

I had a sample of the Perfekt you can use for the eye area I think??
product was nice, but really reminded me of the Maybeline Dream Whip foundations or the mousse foundation. |

Ottawa..you crack me up..because the Maybelline whip is what I used after my first canister of Perfekt was used. I do love it and think it is one of the best foundations out there.
But Perfekt has a more sheer application and it feels like a silk gel. I really think it is just like this primer I purchased..(which I love) and then I see some drug store brands for $7-$14 dollars. But many primers are clear..and I like the idea of a tinted primer..then just dust with powder to finish. |
