I was reading an article on this topic and I always think its a nice reminder for us ladies that try to eat well... and fight the signs of aging at the same time! So next time you choose something to snack on, try one of the below rather than junk food!
Enjoy : )
Avocados
Walnut
Green Vegetables
Water
Berries
Green Tea
Red Wine
Beans
Melon
Dark Chocolate |

| that's a great list. Many here do green smoothies to get it all in..they say it really makes a difference in their skin. |

Well, I don't drink and chocolate (even dark) will send me into a binge. But I do eat most of those other foods. I'd also like to add salmon to the list.  |

| Hmmmm makes me see the ideal summer meal: a green leafy salad with avocado and walnuts, with a dressing with a good oil, berries and melon, and some strips of smoked salmon, with a nice glass of red wine and some dark chocolate for dessert. All yummy and very good for you! |

I guess a lot of people are going to be prematurely aging. What if you eat healthy snacks? Foods that don't spike your blood sugar. |

I'm sure Gretchen means All snacks are not created equal. Carrot sticks and apples allowed.  |
