| What would you say is the best skincare tool to help with under eye puffiness and dark circles? |

I have a Clarisonic Opal and am happy with it. It doesn't really address dark circles - at least for me - but it does help a lot with puffiness.
I think that has more to do with the vibration of the device rather than any particular eye cream. I used the gel that came with it and it was alright but nothing special. I've not settled on an eye cream I'm just crazy about; they all seem about the same for me. |
