I've heard very very VERY impressive things from people using these LED lamps fo rosacea after a few sessions of consistent treatment. So now I'm wondering which is the best to purchase for home use?

Anybody have any ideas?

Baby Quasar uses 4 wavelengths: 2 RED (can be seen by human eyes) and 2 infrared (can not be seen by human eyes). HTH.

MY hubby has when he remembers to use it. Mine isn't as bad and it does calm it down.

I've got Rosacea prone skin. Does it really work to me? How much is it? How to use it?

Having used the Baby Q long since that last 2006 post I can tell you that with continous and dedicated use, it does nothing to control rosacea or diminish it. It can help a bit in plumping but it does make my face turn pink when I use it, therefore making the rosacea act up.
Back in 2006 I had completed all of my IPLS so it wasn't affecting it at all when I used it. Now that it has been a few years and I need my touch up IPL, it does not help it in the least.

Lightstim makes an LED specifically for rosacea. I don't know anyone who had used it though.

My BIL used it.. He was gung ho for a while (because he did see decreased redness), but then (like most men) he didn't stick with it..

The rosacea LED calls for (I believe) 4 or 5 minutes treatment for each spot.. Granted, you will most likely only be treating say the cheeks and chin, but it's a commitment none the less.

Like most things; it works if you work it... LED's take an ongoing commitment of your time, to realize subtle improvements overall.

Anyway, that's MHO
