I am 54 has oval and slim face and very prominent high cheek bones.I read the whole Thread about Naso-labial fold and was wondering if you all can recommend me any facial exercise for fuller my face?
I love chubby faces with lots of volume with no lines wrinkles.
I ordered the Eva Fraser book today for my face wrinkles.
I assume Tanaka exercise will make my face slimmer.
What you suggest?Any thing you think will work?
PLEASE HELP. |

| I also have a slim face and honestly I don't think there is a lot you can do to make your face fuller other than fat graphs (fat transfer) to plump it up. Less effective, but still helpful, is dermarolling. I recommend a couple of deep rolls a year to plump up your skin. It's helped me. |

I have the exact same problem , and unfortunatley I don't think there is alot to to do about about basic face structure. my face looks fuller when it is lighter(no suntan at all) and bangs. I've had fat injection before and it worked niceley. I think that higher cheekbones naturally give way to nasolabial folds, as I was looking at younger pics of me and I had them then. I do think that facial exercise helps in that a face can be oval and slim and still look young if it is firm and toned

Oh, I just remembered the yamuna ball helped to some extent because it helps with facial tension and the muscles pulling inwards. even tho it doesn't change the basic structure of face, I think it still helps |

| I should of added that is is just my opinion that the look of a slim and oval face cannot be changed much. but I could be wrong! interested in other opinions/responses |
