Stretch Mark reduction! *pricks up ears*
Sandooch do you remember if she said anything specific about this, or just suggested it would improve them generally? Would love to know! |
It has been such a long time since I've been on her site or watched the dvd demonstrating it (gave it to someone and never got it back), but if you go on the T-Tapp site and do a search on dry brushng, I'm sure you'll pull up lots of threads on it from other tappers who've used her method. I know there are lots of women there who say they've greatly reduced their cellulite AND stretch marks from daily dry brushing.
I wish I could be more dedicated to doing it myself. |

Thanks sandooch, I'll do that. I'm sure I have registered at that forum myself many years ago.. I know what you mean about the brushing, doing it feels amazing, and it really pays dividends, but one just gets distracted and loses the discipline of making time for it. So much maintenance required to keep things looking and feeling good.. |

Great video about dry brushing - I learned a lot here, it is not just about going toward the heart.

Hi erg, Thanks for the video. The movements she explains are similar to the ones I practice. I disagree with her statement about doing it before bedtime. It invigorates the body too much to do that. I use the Dr. Berkowsky Vital Chi skin brushing guide for lymphatic brushing. It explains the lymphatic system and brushing techniques. I really do like dry brushing but, I only do it occasionally. |
