I got my NuFace Trinity last week, and think it's great! So uncomplicated and easy to use.
I don't want to have to keep buying their rather expensive conductive gel, though, so I got some Aloe Vera gel to see if that would work.
I bought a bottle of the "pure" gel that's made to be taken internally, and it does seem to work just fine (I can feel the tingling from the Trinity).
This is the Aloe gel I got: http://www.amazon.com/Aloe-Gel-Whole-Leaf-Ounces/dp/accessories/B00028POGA
I'm wondering, however, if the other type of Aloe gel that's for topical application -- cosmetic uses, etc. -- would work even better?
Can anyone offer me some advice or tips on this? I'm a guy, and don't have a lot of experience in this department, lol.
Thanks! |

You could put water on and feel it, that is not proof that the gel is having the effect you are looking for. Is the gel not supposed to be cationic or anionic for microcurrent? maybe check here

Thank you, Firefox, that was most interesting! I really enjoyed reading about the different treatments and their benefits!
In the microcurrent section, the only thing I saw about conductive gel was in the step-by-step instructions where it says "apply the conductive gel of your choice".
I have no idea if the gel for microcurrent should be cationic or anionic, but that's an interesting question that I'll have to research.
I have read in testimonials from other NuFace Trinity users (at QVC, I believe), that they use Aloe Vera gel, but they didn't specify which type, which is why I posted my question.
Thank you again for your reply - it was much appreciated! |
