Well, this is the reply I got from his vitamin team:

Quote:
..Unfortunately, Dr. Weil has discontinued his bottled line of supplements.
The Vitamin Advisor offers a free Questionnaire atwww.drweilvitaminadvisor.com,
which provides personalized supplement recommendations.
To view the supplements available in the Condition Specific formulas and their
information online, follow the directions below:

*Go towww.drweil.com
*Click on "Marketplace"
*Click on "Vitamin/Supplements" (on left hand side)
*Click on "Vitamin Packs" (on left hand side)
*Click on the supplement pack you are interested in to view information

His packet vitamins are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced. Oh well, back to Vitacost (their products are actually very good.. I just have to find out what is in the "Basic" that I am allergic to as I have taken their "Synergy 3000" before.

I know exactly what I want to take and how much, but finding a brand that does it is proving very difficult.

I totally agree. With a little bit of research and planning and long-term thinking and continual improvement, it is actually not hard to get all or virtually all the nutrients you need from food...and it's farrrrrrr better that way in that you will reap more benefits.

This is all to say that I used to take a multivitamin but dropped it after having fantastic results from eating a ton of fruits and veggies (20+ servings a day). Taking a multi paled in comparison. Now I only take vitamin B12 and vitamin D when I don't get enough sunshine.

cm: 20 servings/day?! wow! i'm impressed. can u give me some sample days? do you eat meat or dairy?

i personally use life extension life mix.

I'm eying a different brand of multivitamins now. The brand that I'm now considering is Garden of Life's Vitamin Code for Women:

http://www.vitacost.com/garden-of-life-vitamin-code-women-240-vegetarian-capsules

It's got a lot of good stuff in it.
