Have you considered pure Papain Powder - Cairca papaya, it is much easier to work with than the fruit itself?
I buy it at my health food store, but it can be found online.  |

Just a last question, does the papain powder has the same benefits for the skin as the fruit applied directly on the skin? I read that the papaya leaves are loaded with papain too. Which is the best form to try on the skin?

Yes it is the papain that contains the enzymes that are just what you want for the skin, it is a gentle exfoliator. |

| What should be the % of papain in the lotion? Sometimes when i have time and enegry to deal with the yucky feeling , I apply papaya all over and it leaves my skin silky smooth.. would love to try a papain lotion! |
