Hello,
I was wondering if wearing a shower cap everyday for 2 hours can cause your forehead to sag? This is because I'm doing a daily hair treatment for damaged hair.
Thank You! |

i can only speak from many years of personal experience, doing this weekly (mostly) not daily for deep conditioning I have not had any sagging or ill effects at all. That has been decades in my case! |

Well I've noticed wearing a big towel on my head pushes my forehead down a bit and creates fine lines there, if I bend over with it on etc. Perhaps it's worse if your skin is dry. So now I'm trying to not let that happen anymore lol. I only mean a big towel though, a shower cap is probably fine! |

Lol. It seems like a shower cap would pull the forehead skin up. Either way I don't think it would cause a problem. |
