Hi. I'm doing Maggio's nose exercise for some months to narrow my wide nose, but i've noticed that muscle is developing on the sides of my nose making my nose appear wider. But I've been doing the exercise like 10+ times a day instead of the recommended 1-3 times a day. Is my doing too many reps too many times a day causing the muscle to build? How do i get rid of this muscle and just overall, narrow my nose? |
