Hello, I'm really keen on keeping my eye area looking good. I enjoy doing eye exercises and massages, so I thought I'd post a youtube video, which is a bit old, year 2009, but has the basic exercises I find work plus the accupressure points.

Hoping it may be of use to others, I would like to know what exercises, massages, lotions and potions, etc, other posters use and feel they work for the eye area.
I'm currently using argan oil and very pleased with it, I also like shea butter. I've tried many creams, at the moment I've gone all natural no chemicals and I'm quite pleased, doesn't mean I may not try again some cream. I had good results with some creams and serums,... it just happens that I decided to try oils and having good results! And I also enjoy Tanaka massage and another one that was published here but can't find right now where a poster posted a pic. showing fabulous eyes... I'll check it out to copy and paste, it is a simple massage with just about four steps to it, the finishing similar to tanaka with the draining down the side of the neck.
TIA. |

Thank you for posting the link to this series of videos. I do Carolyn's eye exercises (CFF) which definitely have opened up my eye area, and now I am going to incorporate the acupressure points that Coreenna demonstrates in the videos. I can't use moisturising creams anyhwere near my eyes but I find I can use Garnier's Nutritioniste Ultra-Lift Anti-Wrinkle Firming Eye Cream. |
