1 month into facial exercise program

I use both flexeffect and ageless programs and have been exercising for 1 month.

I have a thin face and want to add fullness. I also have a lot of lines in my face when I smile. After a month of exercising, I've not noticed an improvement. My cheeks are still thin and low.

Is this a natural process to go through?

Claudia from FE here.

In one months time you should start feeling changes. In 2-3 months, you see changes. In 6+ months other people ask what you're doing.

Your question indicates you're a newbie to facial exercises all the way around. Is this true?

If so, please select one program and go with it.

I know I have a heck of time helping people fix the weird imbalances they created because they mixed and matched.

Or they are doing all of each program, and really just overdoing it.

Not sure what kind of support Ageless has now adays, but since you own FE, you should make sure you get into workshop and have your questions answered in more detail.

I got to second Claudia here, I'm one of those people that mixed and matched too early on and in my experience of 10 years, a month is way too early to do so. I know some people say give each program a year, but realistically I think you can really get a good idea of what your face is like and how it responds in less time than that, probably about 3-4 months is a good time, but you do need to be extra careful with measuring your changings. Photos regularly are something that I would definitely say to do, as well as noticing peoples reactions too!

And here I thought doing just the short Ageless program was taking a lot of time out of my day. Laughing

Yep, I agree with Claudia and TheresaMary. I think you are overdoing it and should just stick to one program.

For me, it took about 4 months of doing Ageless before I even noticed the tiniest difference. But like Claudia said, I could feel them before I could see them.

I know it's easier said than done, but try to have more patience as far as results go. Time is going to go by anyway...may as well enjoy the ride! Wink

Thanks for the responses.

I think i will stick to one program. My biggest problem are my cheeks. So I think i will stick with ageless, hopefully my cheeks will build.
