| Many of us experienced facial exercise folks use a blend of programs. It's difficult to choose one over others - for me anyway. I wouldn't want to sell any of the great programs short on what they are able to do. What one person thinks is the 'best' may not correspond to what you need. A big part of the decision is how much time you have and what your goals are. The most important thing is that when you find a program that works is being consistent. |

Being an Ageless user, I'm curious to know which 2-3 Ageless exercises you are doing that you feel work the best for you. |
sandooch, seeing your blog and your wonderful and amazing progress (you are beautiful to begin with) you are doing something incredible already! It is also obvious from your daughters graduation pictures what you do is working and you have awesome genes! Your mom looks a good 20+ years younger that her age!  |

Exercise 3-4 mainly; sometimes 1-2 as well.
I understand that Ageless is not a resistance exercise program but think it is good for toning. |
