After all,you're damaging your skin with a dermaroller...
So that would mean it triggers scar tissue and leaves your skin with scars, right? |

| Not all wounds scar. There are many factors which affect the possibility of scarring but one is how quickly the surface of the skin heals. With dermarolling the needles are only a quarter of a millimetre thick, relatively few cells are destroyed by each needle so healing is relatively straightforward. |

Here is a link to lots of great articles on how dermarolling actually works. You'll see that scar tissue is NOT part of the equation if done correctly.
