Sandooch - I immediately noticed the lifting of the upper eyelids and the improvements in your chin and neck in your pictures. Congrats on the weight loss and success with the exercises. I wish I could start doing those myself! |

Congratulations, your hard work has definitely paid off - if you didn't say it I would NEVER guess your age, I'd definitely think younger!
May I ask what kind of exercise you did to lift your brows? They look amazing! |

Thank you for the kind words.
Demi, it's the exercise on the Ageless If You Dare program for the eyebrows. I don't want to get in trouble for expalaining that exercise here though, because it is copywrited.
But there are lots of similar ones on youtube. They are all basically the same and use resistance with your fingers to strengthen the muscles in that area. |

Sandooch thank you so much for your reply! I've never done any sort of facial exercising because I was worried I'd do it wrongly and cause some irreversible distaster but your results have encouraged me to give them a try! I'll definitely look into 'Ageless if you dare' (I think there is a thread somewhere here on the forums) and also peruse You Tube ^_^ |

My dearest Sandooch! I say dearest because although I don't know you, you inspired me to start Ageless. It's been only 2 weeks and I can already tell a difference.
You look fantastic - you've taken at least 10 years off your face - actually more like 15 or 20! Good on you, girl!
If I have half the results I'll be happy, but I think my results will be good since I'm already seeing a noticeable lift to the apples of my poor fallen cheeks.
Edited because for some reason my subject wasn't showing up... |

What a marked improvement!
Have yuou been doing anything else besides just exercising and losing weight? For example, did you change any of your staple products? |

Thank you, ladies!
Immacolata, I am so happy to hear that you are already seeing good results after only 2 weeks. Woo hoo! You are one of the lucky ones it seems. As you may have read, it took me a little over 2 months before I even started to see the smallest of changes. I wish you continued success.
Veronica, aside from the exercise, Tanaka massage and losing weight, I have to admit that my skin care routine wasn't very stringent. I would do a chemical peel once every 6-8 weeks, sometimes a little longer, but I tapered off of those with the facial exericise because you can't do all that pulling of the skin when you've done a peel. At least for a week or so.
I seriously need to get back to an every-night routine of skin care, though. I can see the subtle differences when I slack off of my skin starting to look sallow. |

I stopped peels for the same reason. I still have enough in my bottle for a couple more but I've been using it on my toes and elbows instead of my face. I may do a medium TCA peel in the spring, but thank goodness I already did a series and most of my sun damage is gone. Skin Bio copper peptides cream helped with the texture too. REALLY helped.
I've still got a ways to go with Louise Annette's program, but what I see so far makes me believe that my results will be very good indeed. Ha! My sisters will be pea green. Sorry, my evil streak showing...
I think that all women who have saggy cheeks will get results with Ageless. That seems to be the focus with this program, which is fine with me - my cheeks are my major issue! |

Sandooch, have you tried copper peptides? They work slowly but they work amazingly well. |

Thanks Tiny. I was worried about that as well, which is one of the reasons I upped my goal weight from 140 pounds to 150. When I was 140 in the past, my wrinkles stood out a little more, and that was over 6 years ago. But, then again, I wasn't doing everything for my skin that I'm doing now. I guess I'll just see how my skin looks when I get down to 150 and go from there.
Immacolata, no, I haven't yet tried copper peptides, but I have so many products in my drawer to use first. I think my husband would have a bit of a fit if he knew I was buying more. Gotta use up what I have first. |

I feel ya. I'm on a fixed income so was delighted to find that my tube of P&R cream lasted 3 months. I want to buy so much more of his stuff but unfortunately the body needs food, dammit. |
