I have an hypertropic scar and I wonder if Dermaroller can help me flatten it and diminish the size. My goal is to make my scar almost invisible. I bought the dermaroller from http://www.dermarollerus.com. Needle Length: 0.2mm Number of Rows: 9 MULTIPLE USE UP TO 125X.
After dermarolling I'll a apply a scar cream to increase the effect. The only oils I currently have to moisturize the area are: Olive Oil, Castor Oil and Coconut Oil, which oil is better to use? I also have pure aloe vera gel in the fridge. What should I use after application? The aloe vera gel first or it's not a good idea to put aloe vera? Can I apply castor oil after the aloe? Please tell me how can I make use of what I got to dermaroll an how many times a week on an hypertropic scar?
Thank You! |
