I have found home based versions of virtually anything else, but when it comes to Thermal Radio Frequency Devices they only seem to be available in a surgeon's office?
Is this correct, or do you have any to recommend? |

Yes, thanks. Is this in your opinion the best one?
And what in your opinion is the most effective when it comes to tightening the face - LED, Microcurrent, or Thermal?
I guess microcurrent works more on the muscles, LED more on the skin, and Thermal devices on both?
Also, what is your opinion on Ultrasonic devices that is supposed to help absorb products better? Necessary? |

.
I can't really give an opinion on any one except the LightStim LED because that's the only one of these things I own. I think the LS is good at creating collagen and reducing fine lines but it is a long term process and you have to be committed to using it quite a bit for a long time otherwise it's not worth it. There is going to be a sale on the LightStim on Friday only. If you search for the LightStim thread the details are on the last page.
I know there are people on EDS that like the Stop and others like microcurrent. You could do a search for those threads as I'm sure there is a lot of information in them that might be of interest to you. |

I think the thermal devices only work on skin...I can't see how they would effect muscle.
I did see some tightening from the Stop on my neck and forehead. |

Ninae, I think you will find the answer to all your questions by searching our threads.
We have researching into all the devices you mention for many years, hope our experience helps to make the right decision.
Best wishes

| I think you need to be careful with thermal devices. I believe they can affect the fat under your facial skin which is not a good thing. Maybe we could just use them on our thighs??? |

The POSE is designed for thighs Carolb...
I too was concerned about using a thermal device on my face but as I understand it it doesn't touch deep enough into the fat layer or heat enough to cause damage. (unlike thermage)
A few on here have used the STOP for at least 3 years with great results. |
