Hi friends....
We share tips regarding the hair care.
1. Egg white make wonders on hair.Apply it half an hour before head-bath.It acts as a good conditioner.
2. With increasing stress these days(particularly for working women),try applying Castor oil for hair at least 1 hour before head bath(remember you should massage with your fingers thoroughly)you feel very relaxed and it also results in a smooth hair. |

Sleep on a silk pillowcase to prevent moisture loss.
Use a steamer to improve moisture content.
Add oil, particularly ceramide oils, to your conditioner. |

I've tried egg white on my hair and I am not loving it. It smells on my hair. I prefer the lemon rinse as it makes my hair shiny and no bad smell like eggs..
I prefer almond oil with peppermint on my hair.
Not only it conditions it, I feel kinda "lighten" because of the smell of the peppermint. I normally massage this mixture on my hair and leave this overnight.

Jade, many people use eggs on their hair because they strengthen the hair due to their high protein content. |

I know this was discussed on the forum before, but I think that the idea of using eggs seems to make sense but then someone said that the protein cannot be absorbed by the hair and that the hair is dead, so when using a protein product it was best to massage it not into the hair but the skin of the scalp to help the growth.
I've been using something called Megatek again after reading about it on the forum, and nothing to report as yet but who knows, we'll see what the future holds

If you want to see your hair should be straight and silky and long then you should use herbal shampoo and after wash with it you should use conditioner in your hair. When your hair dry then you use herbal hair oil in your hair... |

Maybe mix it with hair conditioner.
Also, be sure to rinse it out with cool (not cold) water. Or else, you'll have scrambled eggs in your hair. |

It looks like Bamboo leaf tea is a valuable way to get silica which is great for hair growth and hair health - also for joints and skin. I ordered some |
