Morocha I don't believe there's anything such as "the best face exercises". Just like when it comes to working the body you cannot compare Zumba to Turbo Jam to Yoga to Insanity to Lotte Berk. You cannot say one is "the best" because it's all a matter of taste and the results one is looking for.
Comparing Tanaka to CFF is like comparing apples and oranges. Every program is created with the goal to give good results. They all work differently but all aim for the same. They all have clients meaning they are "the best" to different people.
So everyone will tell you the program they do is "the best" to them. But it obviously is not "the best" to those who choose to do a different program. So who will you believe?
You're better off doing your own research. Speaking to the authors of the programs. Reading threads on those workouts. Asking questions that come up as you learn more about them. Then following your instincts. |
