Now I am not sure if this thread is going to flourish or not, but I think it would be neat if we all talked about what particular exercise worked best for a particular area.

I know many people frown upon doing exercises in isolation, but I think this could open up some good discussion.

For instance;

forehead-

I hold my eyebrows up with my fingers and then push down against the fingers. This exercise has been wonderful for me. Although it created lines when I first started, I can say with a smile I don not have ONE wrinkle on my forehead.

I have tried other methods but this has by far been the best for me.

Please feel free to discuss any area of the face Smile

I gave up on that forehead one because of the increased lines - I will start again now you have said that!
Mine is
Top eyelids, elbows on table, three fingers spread across the crease of the eyelid, lift up to the brow bone and slowly close the eyes.
Its the one exercise that I can see has worked

Great idea for a thread bob, I hope it will flourish! esp because I'm looking for exercises for NL fold.

I have a good one:
for making eyebrows sit higher, slide thumbs from starting point of eyebrow above your nose, to the center of the eyebrow pushing eyebrow upward and frown downward whilst doing this.
I do this 8-10 times in a row, slowly or quickly, either one works. I find it makes my arch really high and my eye looks more open as a consequence.

Thats my all time favourite exercise from Facial Magic, and it lifts my brows every single time I do it.

I've not had lines though Bob, and am interested how did you get rid of them with that exercise. I have a girlfriend who rejects that exercise when she comes round for coffee and we muck about and I'd love to find a way for her doing it without creating the creases.

I believe it is just temporary increased lines. The lines show up because the supporting muscle is weak underneath. Make sure to massage your forehead with your knuckles afterwards. It has worked wonderfully for me.

well the creases will be created temporarily, theres no question about that. At least when I do it. After I finish, I massage my forehead with my knuckles (especially the middle area) and then I do not see any lines.

Heres a picture of my forehead.

I am only 27 years old, but I should add that I never moisturize or use sunscreen. ( yes I know I should)

You look younger than that! And not moisturizing is definitely not bad at all. I personally don't wear sunscreen every day, but do wear hats and long sleeves. And I do wear suscreen if I will be outside more than 10 mins.
