Do you think Facial exercises are as good as salon microcurrent (CACI, beautiful image etc.) for lifting the cheeks?

I think they're actually better. With micocurrent, it really doesn't last very long and its quite expensive. Plus depending on the salon you go to - they always try and make you buy expensive products. I have had several sessions of it, and haven't had it for years as it kind of seemed to stop working for me. Exercises are cheaper, you just use your own hands and you can target areas after a while and really create lift!

I wouldn't waste my money on Nuface. You can get facial exercises for free off the internet, or pay very little (compared to Nuface) for a program and get real, life long results. And you don't need batteries, just your hands, a little time, and the will to succeed.

It's a toss up between the Nuface and Tua Trend. The TT can really wear you out after a while and then you will probably stop using it so learning facial exercises is probably a better bet. Copper peptides have also helped me tremendously but they require time and patience.

In the meantime also change your diet:

I adore facial exercise. After a while it becomes an * spam alert * - I love the feel of using my facial muscles... - and I use nuface too.
