Physicians Formula Eye Booster 2 in 1 Lash Boosting Eye Liner + Serum
While I do not believe the serum will boost the growth of a single lash this is a really lovely eye liner. It's a liquid eyeliner in a pen with a super precise brush on the end. You can make a thin line, a thicker line or if you like you can draw tiny dots in-between each lash.
It has a really good staying power. I've used it during my workouts and it did not run down at all. I sweat a lot during my workouts but this eyeline was not affected.
Prior to this I used Infallible Never Fail Laquer Liner by L'Oreal. That one is also really, really good and still one of my favorites. It comes in a pot and also comes with a really good brush for application. Easy application and great staying power. |

A few years back I used to use Bobbi Browns gel liner. I loved it!! but around that time, I happen to develop a lot of eye irritation, and bloodshot eyes. I thought it was from my contacts, and had to stop wearing them. It took a while for me to realize the culprit was that liner! |

My favourite is the L'Oreal gel liner - much better than the BB one which is over-priced. |

I didn't realize that L'Oreal even did gel liners. I'll have to look for them the next time I am in the drug store.
One tip I've seen is to dip your kohl pencil liner into a gel liner and then use that to line instead of applying with a brush. Haven't tried it though! |

I have had success with MAC Fluidline gel liner.
It stay put for the day very well on, and I usually end up with racoon eyes with all other liners.
I've used it for both a clean line (let it dry for a second before blinking) or smudge it up a bit with a brush right after applying for a softer look. |
