Hello. I am 14 years old and suddenly lost a lot of weight last year. This has had a big impact on my face. My cheeks have no volume and are very droopy,my under eye skin is sagging and in a result of that i have bad under-eye circles. My eyebrows are resting on my eyelids. I have very visible folds at the corners of my mouth and have drooping jowels. It really damages my self confidence as i look so much better when i tighten the skin with my hands and raise my eyebrows. I have already tried putting more weight on to fill my face out but it made it look 10x worse. I have no visible cheekbones, just fat, sagging cheeks. I have been looking into Facial Massages and have come across a particular massage called the "Tanaka Facial Massage" I have read reviews and everyone seems to rave about how good this is. The before and after pictures look very promising! I have also looked into Facial Exercises and they also look amazing. I was just wondering if anyone has tried these methods and had results? I am desperate and will try anything to tighten my facial skin EXCEPT surgery Sad
Thankyou Very Happy

Losing a lot of weight too soon (or too fast) is not a good idea at any age. It should be a gradual phase in order for your body to adapt to the change. At 14, your skin will surely bounce back in no time for sure as younger skin tend to heal itself or bounce back very well compared to older person. Do not starve yourself as it will make matters worse. I would suggest that you continue with a healthy diet coupled with regular exercises or doing any sports you are interested in. Drinking lots of water (instead of sugared flavored drinks) is also a good thing to hydrate your skin further.... Maintening an ideal weight for your built is also equally important long-term. Not sure if facial exercise is right for you at your age. Maybe some members can chime in regarding this.
