Just wondered if anyone has had any success with perhaps peels or something similiar? |

Dermapen, Pixel Perfect laser treatments, Opal with peptide serum, filler, Botox (helps just a little), VI Peel, or APeel. Or a combo of all of them.
They are hard little buggers to get rid of. |

I couldn't resist ... had to go check it out!
Lip lines (non-smoker!) are what originally brought me to EDS! I don't have a lot of 'em, but I hate 'em!
catski - How many ounces or grams is the Upper Lip Line Eliminator? I couldn't find that info anywhere on the Lips 2 Kiss website. How long does one little jar last?
And (sorry to ask so many questions!) do you also use her entire Spa LipCare System? I noticed the disclaimer, I guess you could call it, at the bottom of the page,"The Spa LipCare System needs to be used along with the Upper Lip Line Eliminator when lines are present above or below the lips." |

I found that a tiny bit of filler in the upper lip margin evened out some of the wrinkles above the lip.
Radical, unless you are inclined to do this anyways, but it does work. |

LauraLizzie - have you had lip wrinkle results using a Dermapen? I'm starting to look at needling devices and I'm leaning towards smaller units specifically designed for use around the mouth.
Also, what is a "VI" Peel? Is that similar to a TCA peel? For the last few weeks, I've been doing a 40% lactic acid peel, rotating with a 25% mandelic acid peel once a week, but something tells me those aren't strong enough to attack lip lines. Need the big guns for those "little buggers"! |

VI Peel is TCA, Tretinoic Acid, Salicylic Acid, Phenol, Vitamin C and a mineral blend. This is a serious big deal, not for home, peel. |

botox..three hits; one on each side above your lip ..and one dead center in the dimple...and then use creams a peels to get rid of the existing wrinkles. Use 30 sunscreen every day.. and don't smoke or use a straw...the repeated motion will make it impossible to get rid of them. |

I don't think much is radical when it comes to lip lines. |

... ain't that the truth!
I'm starting to think mine are accentuated by, if not outright caused by, sleeping on my side. Told DH I need to start sleeping downstairs in the recliner. Needless to say, he's not crazy about the idea (but thinks I may be)! |

If it's hormones that cause this, does anyone have any experience with, say, Ovestin for upper lip lines? |

Barefootgirl - what type of device do you use? How long have you been needling?
The thought of needles on my face ... aacckk! But these lip lines have got to go!!
catski - think I'm going to buy the Upper Line Eliminator, but do I need to use her whole Lip system to get results?
Thanks guys! |
