I recently purchased this to replace my Clarisonic Classic (still kicking after more than 5 years of sporadic use...will pass on to my mom).
I chose the Aria for several reasons:
I liked the idea of a 3rd speed that I could use on my body (too bad the body brush doesn't work on this model!).
I liked the travel-ability of this model over the Classic (p-link).
The working of the Aria is the same as the Classic and feels the same. The body is quite a bit smaller and sleeker (shiny finish) as well as lighter. I chose this over the Mia 2 for the 3rd speed.
Overall I've been very happy with my upgrade. |

| Have you tried the sonic express? It has 4 speeds and costs way less than the Clarisonic. I think it actually works much better because of the 4 speeds! |

i have not tried the product you mentioned. although i chose the aria for the option of 3 speeds, i have to admit to using only one speed most of the time. i just wanted to have the option. |

I second that!
I have the original, the pedicure and now the Smart Profile which has made all the other ones redundant because it's far superior.
