Hello to everyone,
I am looking to purchase a potent glycolic acid cream or lotion and so far I have decided on the Glytone Step 3 cream or lotion. Has anyone had any experience using this product or compared it with another glycolic acid product ?
Also, glytone claims this product has a 20% free acid. Does this mean that the ph of the cream is around 2.6 ph? I tried looking for the ph but I haven't found any website or store that mentions it.
If you have any experience (or extra info) with the glytone cream step 3 or any other glycolic acid cream please do share your experience as I am a bit lost.
Thank you |

Hi. I just purchased a three-step acne kit from glytone. (I haven't received it yet.) The reviews for all glytone products I've run across are good.
I realize this thread is about a year old, but is anyone using glytone products? If so, how are you liking them? TIA |

Elvis I use the lotion, which is actually more like a toner, level 2. It is very strong! I use it maybe once a week as a refresher |

I'm not famailiar with that product. But I think that you don't need to worry about the PH.I guess the PH is between 6~7.If the ph is 2.6,it will hurt the skin. |

I purchased a kit for more sensitive skin, which I don't have. I got it because it was cheaper.
I have no idea what the PH level is.
I just want to stave off breakouts that I expect during the summer when the temps are 100+ and the hgh humidity makes you feel like death.
I want to combat fine lines, dark spots and redness. I have been using Retin A for 20 years and avoiding the sun for most of my life, so the lines aren't really a big issue. I have a few around the eyes, which the acne kit won't address, of course.
Is perfect skin too much to ask for? |
