I am researching handhelds good for overall skin tone and pigmentation.

Someone recommended this to me but I'm wondering if this is the same as a dermawand?

I'm a new member so I cannot provide a link, but it's on this site under ozone beauty wand:

I want to be sure I spend my money wisely Smile Thank you!

It looks like a high frequency wand. You can get them in all different price ranges online. Here is a thread that talks about them on EDS. I don't think it works on pigmentation. At least it didn't for me. If that is one of your concerns you are better off using a home laser like ReAura or Tria (both pricey) or TCA peels (need to do your research to make sure your doing it safely) or maybe a Vit. C serum. All these can help with skin tone also.

Thank you so much Cookie! This is so helpful. I wish pigmentation were not so hard to treat. But it sounds like at least I'm on the right track with the vitamin c.

Maybe a bag over my head would be my best route Laughing

The infomercial i just saw advertizes the dermawand as RF. So is it? what is better, HF or RF?

Naia, I just wanted to second Cookie's suggestion for laser for pigmentation. I don't know that one machine can do both, but there may be other suggestions. If you wanted to go economy class (i'm like that myself) I would suggest buying the laser, used if possible and trying facial exercise. There are a lot of youtube videos on facial exercise, free and effective.
