Can you use LightStim TOO MUCH?
Would it stop being effective at some point?
Would it cause any problems?
What if you use it while reading a book for a few hours? |

More is not always better.
I think this was addressed on the lengthy AALS thread. |

Oh? I couldn't find anything on this.
Would it just not be effective at some point?
Would using it too much actually damage skin? |

I have fallen asleep whole using my Lightstim (Ha they do say it's relaxing!) I left it on one spot of my face for about 2 hours. No harm done. I would not do this routinely though, the studies on the Lightstim were done at specific durations for the results noted. I would suggest following the guidelines. |
