I was visiting Sephora over the weekend and saw a new lip plumper called LipFusion which is a bit pricier ($36.00) than the others I have seen. I was wondering if anyone has tried this one and does it really work? |

WOW carkate - sounds great!! How long does "the look" last with LipFusion? How often do you apply it?
Thanks!

Thanks for the info. Carekate!
Looks like I will have to make another visit to Sephora and try it out. I have never tried a topical lip plumper, just my HA/Collagen supplements. Thanks again! |

I am crying
You made me want to try this and I cannot get it.
Sephora in Uk do not stock it and the ones abroad dont ship to Uk.
So I am now hoping UK start stocking it before they close down. I have to try this stuff.
I tried telling hubby we needed a holiday in USA but he was not convinced still working on him. However I do think I am starting to have a serious control problem if I am now contemplating flying to USA just so I can get a lip gloss. |

If you’re that desperate, I’d be happy to pick one up for you and mail it to you. PM me and we can work out the details.

Well, I have been using the LipFusion for 4 days and it really does plump up my lips. I have never tried a lip plumper before so I can't compare it to the other brands out there. But I have heard that some brands can irritate the lips. LipFusion goes on nice and creamy and stays on long, and there is no irritation. Thanks CareKate! |

Now that we're all off to buy lipfusion-I have a question: According to instructions, you can wear it under lipstick. Does it 'dry down' enough if it's a gloss? Dosen't it interfere with lipstick application? Thanks |

Hi Marina,
I posted a response to your question about LipFusion in the other thread also. I have only been using Nars Lip Lacquer (a gloss) over my LipFusion. Tomorrow, I will use a matte lipstick with it and see how it works. The instructions say that you can wear LipFusion over or under your lipstick.
I was at Sephora this weekend and heard a few customers trying to decide on a lip plumper - Lip Venom, City Lips and couldn't help but to tell them how much I liked the LipFusion. Well, they all decided to purchase the LipFusion. He he he. |

I use LipFusion and this is the first one that doesn't dry out my lips. I've tried all the rest and this is the first one that I'm keeping and will probably buy again! |

After reading this thread I just HAD to get Lip Fusion I've been using it for just a few days, and loving it. I love that you can wear lipstick over it (I've used gloss and regular lipstick), its nice and creamy and it has staying power too With all the other plumping products I'm using, I can't determine which one is doing the trick or if its a combination of all of them, but my lips are finally nice 'n plump

That's *exactly* what I was wondering, Marina!

Pudoodles,
It's actually not very goopy at all. I usually put it on in the morning (plumping lasts for 48 hours) and apply gloss before I get into my car. |

I agree! I don’t know if it’s the HA/collagen capsules or the LipFusion, or if it’s a combination of both, but my lips are finally back to the lushness they had when I was a youngster! But you know what? Even if the LipFusion didn’t do its job as a plumper, I’d still love it simply because the gloss is unsurpassed! I mean, the stuff stays on forever!!! |

carekate,
I totally agree. I do the same thing w/ the HA and LipFusion. I put on a more moisturizing balm at night as well but I can mainly see the difference in my upper lip. For awhile it was looking thinner than my lower lip. Now they match! |

I got my order yesterday and today I tried it, I didn't see my lips getting any bigger at all. |

Hi all,
Because of all of the raves about LipFusion, I placed an order with Sephora a few days ago, but then I wanted some foot cream, and then some mineral make-up and some lipstick would be nice too...you all know where this is going Can't wait to get my package
Hey, does anyone remember a time when plump lips were not popular. When I was in high school, I was teased for my full Italian lips! Now I purchase stuff to make them even fuller Go figure! Joani |

Dianeth,
I don't understand what your website has to do with this thread. |

I've been doing a super intense layering system with plumping products.
1)I put on a bottom layer of Lipfusion (which I think does 90% of the plumping)
2)Then I add a touch of Too Faced Lip Injection
3)I let that sit for 30 seconds and then use DuWop Lip Venom lipstick.
I will say that I went away on a trip this past weekend and thought I looked alot better than usual, the extra bit of fullness (mostly in my naturally fuller lower lip ) really softens the face and makes it look more sensual. Hooray for lip plumpers! |
