I have these red spots on my skin that look like they could be insect bites or chicken pox from a distance. However, they are not raised and they don't itch. Also, they are not limited to one area of my body. The spots range in size from the size of the tip of my pinky to no larger than the tip of my thumb. Does anyone know what this could be and how to treat it? |

Have you always had them or have they started appearing all of a sudden? If they have started appearing then have you changed anything in your diet, skincare or routine? I have heard of people who swim in chlorinated pools having a reaction like this if they are sensitive to chlorine. Best go see a dermatologist. |

I would definitely see a derm before trying to treat it with anything. |
