Hello
I have been researching this forum quite a lot and I am considering using the dermaroller to treat the acne scars on my face.
They are pitted scars. Most of them are not bad but two or three of them are pretty significant.
Based on my research here is what I have concluded:
Steps:
1. rub retin-a on face
2. roll with 1.5mm
3. Finish off with Vitamin C lotion (recommendation?)
4. wait 6 weeks .. do it again
===============
Please correct me or advise on my process above
================
is there a video on how i can use the 1.5 mm on the face?
How do you guys clean the needles since this device is sold as single use.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated
Thank you |

our EDS friend - bethany, has done a ton of research on dermarolling in the past. You need to read a bit more to find out what to do. You would NOT want to apply Retin A post rolling (ouch!!). You DO want to apply Vitamin A and Vitamin C at least 3 weeks before a roll to prepare your skin. You can also use Copper Peptides on your acne scars - they work great.

Easy -vigorous face message with a non break out making oil.
Raw avocado on scars at night.
Avocado safflower or olive oil masks.
Patience.
TCM-mix of circulating herbs to the scar and microcurrent to drive them to the scar.
Pineapple scrubs on whole face.
Lugol's(beware =CHEMICAL) -then when healing covering with aloe vera-slippery elm paste.
You could also try at night shea and cocoa butter. |

Hi,
You can also finish off with olive oil or sandalwood and rosewater.
I found these really helped with the healing process. |
