Hi everyone, I am new Been lurking this forum for awhile.

I also LOVE Callanetics Legs. I haven't seen much result in the shape of my legs yet or cellulite, but I love how light and long my legs feel after the workout. I feel like it doesn't target the back of the legs enough though.
Today I decided to try Tracy Anderson's leg exercises from her Mat workout.. it was just OK.
Anyone have experience doing either of these leg workouts? Or any other suggestions? I don't want to add bulk to my legs- I don't even like my calves as is. |
I cannot speak on cellulite, but it seems to me eating well (especially fresh fruits and veggies), dry brushing as well as exercise are all good ways to help reduce cellulite so you seem to be on the right track. For the question in bold, I can point you to some info.
Like you, I do not want bulky thighs/legs. Lawd knows I naturally have that feature and want less of it, so for that very reason, Quick Callanetics Legs is the only leg workout I will do and I love it. I talk about my experience with the workout in this thread:
I have only done Tracy Anderson's Arm workout from Youtube but the discussion below was about her DVDs so may have some info for you or at least direct you to the people you could PM for more information:

NONIE! I always read your posts on a different forum and you were the one who got me into Callanetics Legs, amongst other things. I would religiously read anything you wrote on Shape training.
Thanks so much.
I just want slim legs with that slight feminine dent on the thigh. |

rosebud - It's Callanetics all the way to get what you are looking for - I'd start with every other day and then you can knock it to two days per week. Plus some fat-burning. |
